Payment Methods

We accept credit, debit and prepaid cards issued by the following networks:

We also accept PayPal, the world's most popular online payment method

When you place an order through Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page and you will need to log in to your Paypal account with your username and password. If Paypal does not support your currency, your payment will be automatically charged in USD.

If you're having trouble making a payment, here are some helpful suggestions:

Q: My payment cannot go through, what should I do?

If you can't pay with your debit or credit card:
1: Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.
2: Check your credit or debit account balance for available funds.
3: Check if your card is authorized or the default online transaction limit is too low.
4: Try refreshing the page or logging out completely and then logging back in.
5: Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order again.
6: If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.
As part of their security measures, most credit card companies automatically block international transactions or payments unless the cardholder specifically asks them to accept the transaction.
7: Pay by credit or debit card via Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can use these services safely and easily as a "guest".
8: Try a different card.
9: If you have a PayPal account, try going through PayPal.

If you can't pay with Paypal:
1: Check with Paypal if your account has a transaction limit.
2: According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and billing address must be in the same country, otherwise the payment will be refused.
If Paypal still doesn't work, try paying with a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
